Bicknee Recycling Program

We started our informal recycling program from the very beginnings of Bicknee. It was meant to save money rather than the planet. We are happy that it helps the planet, of course, but mainly we continue to do it for cost-cutting reasons. It results in overhead savings we can pass along to you. Examples: We collect unsold copies of the local newspapers. Boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, & peanuts come from from the Harley shop. We collect boxes weekly from the Subway restaurant near our home, & other family members save papers & boxes for us. Pretty much anytime we have the opportunity to pick up boxes for free we grab them. As an example, Bicknee has not purchased any kind of styrofoam peanuts for years.
