All Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will be shipped via FedEx Ground or the USPS the same business day.  All orders received after that time will ship the following business day.  Overnight and 2nd day express is available.  Express orders must be placed by 12:30pm EST.  Any orders that needs to be shipped to a PO box will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

• SHIPPING DEFINITIONS:  Best Way option will be shipped via FedEx Ground and USPS will be  shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
  

• CREDIT CARD ORDERS:  Credit card orders will only be delivered to the billing address of the credit card.  We also require the CVV located on the signature strip of the credit card.  All credit card information is verified before the order is processed for delivery.  To pay using PayPal: email, phone or fax your order & we will send you a PayPal invoice.
• COD ORDERS:  COD orders are subject to a $11 COD fee.  All CODS MUST be paid in CASH.  ALL COD ORDER ARE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX!  NO EXCEPTIONS!
  
• BACKORDERS:  If an item is backordered we will notify you when the order is placed.  If you have already placed your order and the item becomes backordered before your order been processed you will be notified via telephone or email.  At that time you can either keep the item on backorder, cancel the item or be given a store credit for future use.
• SHIPPING DAMAGES:  When you receive your package check the entire order against the invoice provided.  Any shortages or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.  If items have been damaged keep all shipping boxes and packing contents as FedEx may need to inspect the items in the event of a claim.  These guidelines must be followed in order to receive ta credit for damaged items.
• RETURN POLICY:  In the event that you need to return an item you must contact Bicknee Supply Company, Inc for proper return authorization.
• CREDIT OR REFUNDS:  A store credit will be issued to an account providing an item is returned to Bicknee Supply Company, Inc in new, unused condition.  Some products subject to a 10% restocking fee.
