In the event that you need to return an item you must contact Bicknee Supply Company, Inc for proper return authorization.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR INK OR NEEDLES!

If an item is backordered we will notify you when the order is placed. If you have already placed your order and an item becomes backordered before your order been processed you will be notified via telephone or email. At that time you can either keep the item on backorder, cancel the item or be given a store credit for future use.

A store credit will be issued to an account providing an item is returned to Bicknee Supply Company, Inc in new, unused condition. Some products subject to a 10% restocking fee.
